The Installation Department When the design is complete and a contract for installation is in place, the project will move to the installation department, where permit approval and scheduling will begin.  Questions concerning the installation of your project should be directed to Vincent Novellino, the installation manager.  Being on the job daily, he is aware of the job status and will strive to make sure that the project is installed to the highest expectations of the designer, the client, and the manager himself.  Through daily job updates and timely site visits the designer is kept aware of jobsite progress.  Changes on the job are dealt with by executing a change order.  Additional work, unexpected work, or anything else that would interrupt the intended plan of installation may require the execution of a change order. Upon substantial completion of the project, a site walk-through will be scheduled with the client.  At this time any change orders and items that need to be completed will be reviewed and scheduled.
